It’s not done but it smells so good.
It’s been chilly this past week (but not today here) so it had me in the mood for making something that simmers for a long time. So what’s cooking now are diced chicken italian sausages with lentils, celery, carrots, onion, tomatoes, bay leaf, paprika, garlic, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, broth and red wine vinegar.
I made a fruit salad with cranberries, oranges, grapes, apples, walnuts and raspberries.
I might make some air fried zucchini to go with the stew.
I’ve had the doors open all day to feel the breeze. I put some Vivaldi on the speaker, made a pot of tea and enjoyed the kitchen for a while.

It turned out great. Much richer than I thought it would.
